Doctor Update

Ben and I went to the doctor today and Baby C seems to be QUITE comfortable!
We go back to the doctor on Monday and if he still isn't here, we will be planning his arrival date!

We are GROWING!

Ben and I are both surprised to still be "just the two of us"!

At our last appointment, our Doctor told us to expect him here before the weekend was over.....obviously we made it a little longer!

Because of the weather, our appointment was postponed until tomorrow, Thursday. We are anxious to see what she has to say!!

Showers!

Snow....it caused a few complications! We had two Baby Showers scheduled for Saturday, January 31st in Fort Smith...but nature caused them to be postponed!

We were able to quickly reschedule and TRULY appreciated all the working around scheduling.

The first shower was thrown by four of my best friends....Erin Dickinson, Mary Young, Taylor Carter, and Kara Morehart. Sadly Taylor and Kara couldn't make it because of the wonderful icy roads, but we had a great turnout. We are SOO thankful for great friends!

Also, my parents braved the snow and ice and surprised us! :)

The Second Shower was thrown by the ladies of our Sunday School Class. It was really special to be able to get together with all the ladies from the church and get LOTS to tips from new mommies!

Snow Weekend

Fort Smith has received WAY too much snow!
We got snowed in and it caused a few complications with scheduling. However, looking back, I think it was God's way of requiring Ben and I to relax because we couldn't physically go anywhere!

Work Shower

My co-workers threw Ben, Little Man, and I a fabulous shower! It was one of those times when you look around and truly take in how blessed I am to work with a great group of people. I, of course, forgot to take a picture with the hostess....but they had THE CUTEST decorations ever!

I have NEVER seen anything like this! My co-worker, Lauren, made this! It is a "flower" bouquet made out of baby socks!!!

Ben and I are so blessed with amazing friends and family.
